Program Structure

Our Fall 2026 Core Program currently operates Monday through Wednesday in a structured small-group environment designed specifically for homeschool families.

 

Families enrolling now will receive priority access to expanded Thursday programming if additional scheduling becomes available.

Annual Enrollment Fee

  • $95 per student
    • This covers administrative processing, materials preparation, and annual program setup.
    • The Annual Enrollment Fee is due at registration and is non-refundable.
  • Families planning to use Step Up For Students Direct Pay for the annual registration fee should contact us prior to enrolling.

 

Arrival & Dismissal

  • Arrival Carline: 9:15-9:25 AM
  • Dismissal Carline: 2:35-2:45 PM
  • Families are encouraged to use carline during arrival and dismissal.
    • Parents arriving outside of designated carline times must escort students into or out of the building.

 

Terms & Commitment

  • All enrollment options require a full semester commitment.
  • Tuition is billed in advance according to the selected payment schedule.
  • Enrollment reserves a student’s placement for the semester and is not considered month-to-month attendance.
  • Monthly tuition reflects installment payments toward the full semester total.
  • Registration and fees are non-refundable.
  • Annual registration fees apply to all enrollment types.
  • Placement is prioritized for students enrolled in the 3-day program.
  • Foundations Fine Arts Academy operates as a supplemental enrichment program in alignment with Florida Statutes, including §§1002.41, 1002.01, and 1003.21, and does not serve as a school of record or assume responsibility for a student’s primary education.
  • Foundations Fine Arts Academy provides supervision only during scheduled hours. Students must be signed in and out by an authorized adult, and families are responsible for timely pickup and maintaining accurate contact information.
  • Additional policies and procedures are outlined in the Family Handbook.

 

Withdrawal Policy

Enrollment is for the full semester. Early withdrawal may be considered in cases of verified hardship or extenuating circumstances, such as military relocation. Approval is at the discretion of administration.

 

Per-Block Enrollment Information

  • Per-block enrollment pricing applies per selected day, per week.
    • For example, if a student enrolls in the same block on both Monday and Wednesday, each day is billed separately. Blocks are not combined across multiple days.
  • Availability for per-block enrollment is limited and may be capped based on scheduling and capacity.
